If you are a customer of a store built on BizOS, the store owner (tenant) is the data controller for your order and contact information. BizOS acts as a data processor on their behalf.

BizOS servers are located in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some third-party services (Stripe, Google, Meta, Mailchimp) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on the UK's adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses to ensure appropriate safeguards.
